Overview
Joterio is a Godly-tier unit. He can be obtained in the Tower Shop or alternatively can be obtained from the Stand Crate at a 0.48% chance to be rolled.

Timestop
Upon activating Timestop, Joterio will create a large purple aura, freezing all enemies caught within it for 5 seconds. Joterio's level does not improve the duration of the timestop. Enemies who have been affected by Timestop once cannot be frozen again.
Timestop has a 20-second cooldown before it can be used again. Joterio can be sold while the ability is on cooldown.
Although enemies cannot be affected by Timestop more than once, Gio's Roller ability and Kojo Unmasked's Infinite Void ability will still freeze them. Dr. Joterio's Timestop abiltiy will not freeze them, however.
Tips
- Since his stand can hit an enemy over 10 times in a single second, Joterio is great for breaking shields and damaging slow, tanky enemies.
- Use Joterio's Timestop ability near towers that have a high damage-per-second ratio.
- Joterio can be sold and replaced to refresh his Timestop ability and stall multiple groups of enemies.
