Colonel Splinters is a Event-tier unit. It has a 1.5% chance to drop in the Christmas Raid Event during the 2024 Christmas Event. It can currently only be obtained via trading.

- Colonel splinters and the rest of the 2024 Raid Drop Units were added into the Christmas shop which stayed for about a week for those who had excess snowflake currency to spend (This shop was added after the Christmas Raid was removed due to the Holiday season ending
